A clear purpose.
A planned next step.

Each stage should end with a result that both the company and the development team can review. We start with the work the application needs to support.

Describe the task and users.

Tell us who starts a case, what information they need and what counts as a successful result. A customer and an employee may use different screens for the same booking, order or request.

Include current tools and an anonymous example. We clarify the rules, responsibility and essential functions of the first release.

Agree the scope and design.

The scope describes platforms, roles, data and any required connections. We then design the key screens and the steps between them, including empty results, mistakes and confirmation of an action.

Reviewing the flow helps identify missing decisions before implementation. Deliverables and feedback rounds are agreed for the specific project.

Implement and check the complete flow.

Implementation follows the agreed workflow and access rules. Tests should cover both ordinary use and important exceptions: an unavailable booking, an invalid value or a delayed response.

A model test is different from checking the complete interface. Acceptance also needs agreed devices, sample data and a person from the company who can verify the business result.

Launch, maintain and develop.

We agree accounts, environment, release responsibilities and known limits. If the company already uses another tool, the transition needs a plan for data and the point at which the new system becomes the source of the current state.

After launch, users can report situations with steps and expected results. Maintenance, external service costs and additional features remain clearly defined parts of the plan.
